Refund policy
Please carefully read through this returns policy as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase from our website.
RETURNS TERMS
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase and will provide you with a refund in accordance with this returns policy. Listed below are items which cannot be returned for change of mind reasons only:
• Products marked "final sale" when purchased.
• Products not in their original condition or inner packaging.
• Products returned without their tags attached.
• Products showing signs of wear, scent, or damage.
• Products marked or damaged, including fake tan, deodorant, or makeup.
Important information
• Items purchased as a set are considered one unit and must be returned in full. Individual items from a set cannot be returned separately.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and we kindly ask you to bear the shipping expenses for returning the products to us.
• If a return package has insufficient postage or an international package is not correctly labeled as 'RETURNED GOODS', any resulting customs fees or charges will be deducted from your refund.
• The majority of items we stock are limited, unsuitable returns may impact your eligibility for a full refund. We recommend careful handling of both items and packaging when considering a return, packing them as received.
RETURNS PROCESS
1. Notify us
1.1 If you would like to begin a return or refund process, please use the contact form on our website or email support@yujmiu.com
In the message please include your name, order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your request.
1.2 We will get back to you within 24 hours with a UK return address and instructions on how to proceed.
2. Returning your order
2.1 All items must be packaged and posted within 14 business days of requesting a refund. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure the return reaches us safely.
2.2 Once the items have been received and inspected, we will notify you and inform you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.3 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
3. International Returns
3.1 Please ensure the 'RETURNED GOODS' option is ticked on the customs or postal forms to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied. Any duties incurred by incorrect customs declarations may be deducted from your refund amount.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund within 10 business days following our refund approval email, please check with your bank account or credit card company first to ensure the delay is not on their part.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will help you to solve the issue.
EXCHANGES
We’re currently unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must return the original item and then place a new order. Like refunds, exchange items must be posted back to us at the customer's expense.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item we apologise. Please contact us so we can send you the right item or issue you a refund if applicable.
