US SHIPPING
Please note that US pricing has been updated to include recent import tariffs. We’ve made this adjustment so that there are no extra charges at checkout.
Shipping and delivery options remain the same.
EU SHIPPING
We're currently working on a long-term shipping solution for EU countries. In the meantime, if you're interested in placing an order, please send us a message via the contact page on our website and we'll do our best to arrange a temporary shipping option for you where possible.
Please note that we're currently unable to collect VAT upfront, so customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be payable once your order arrives. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
GENERAL
All orders are processed and shipped from London, UK using Royal Mail Tracked or International Tracked services. International orders are handled by shipping partners (e.g. USPS) once they reach the destination country.

DELIVERY TERMS
Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Please note this time frame applies only to when your order is handed to Royal Mail.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link to follow the progress of your order based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Delivery Time Exceeded
In the unlikely event of the delivery time exceeding 30 business days, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation and offer you a refund if applicable.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by location, and we advise you to familiarise yourself with these potential costs before placing an order with us.
In the event that you choose not to pay the applicable duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at your expense. Upon receipt, you will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid.
CANCELLATIONS
We allow a 12 hour cancellation period following the time of payment. After this 12 hour window, we are unable to cancel your order. To request a cancellation please use the contact form on our website. Once your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used to place the order.
INSURANCE
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
